The staff at this Hardware store is amazing. I found myself having faith in retail all over again after my Elliot's hardware visit. This location is very nostalgic of what I loved about shopping these types stores with my father and grandfather. I came in looking casually and ended up leaving with more knowledge of different types of grills and outdoor cooking ideas than I bargained for. I enjoyed having A knowledgeable set of people around to answer the questions I had. I personally have not had great service like this at the average "big box retailer". I look forward to more future visits here and I also plan on making A future grill purchase with Elliot's. I now know they offer delivery on their grills and I also found out that they have A much larger selection of quality grilling equipment than most stores in the DFW area. Finding A Big green egg,Weber,Napolean and Traeger grill all in one convenient stop is nothing short of A miracle for A person who considers themself A "Grill snob" like me. 😁

PC Place has good, knowledgeable service that can save you many headaches. Their repair service is also good and relatively quick. They also have a good selection of hardware to buy for your PC or laptop. My only problem is their hours of service.

A wonderful place for gifts and home decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Unique products and reasonable price. Must visit.

I was looking for an Amana 9 cu ft. freezer for my girlfriend. Hers had quit working. I went online to Thorsness Appliance and filled out a request for a quote. I had a reply by the next morning. A short phone call that day and a freezer was ordered and delivered within 2 days. Amazing service...

This is a small business that still relies on customer service for success. Usually it's just the owner working, sometimes one other employee. The prices are excellent and the selection is good. He has a huge catalogue, as well, for special orders.

Staff member today was helpful and friendly. Although this staff member is friendly, others have been dismissive and rude on my previous visits such as walking away when you ask them for help. I try to avoid this station if I can but that isn't always possible.

It would be great if they had what I needed at least once in a while

Good quality meat at good prices. The other items are slightly higher priced here unless on a good sale but how quickly you can get in and out is worth it.
