Been there a few times good service

Staff are helpful and friendly but my only complaint about this place is that it Is literally the only Canadian tire out of all the ones in St.Catharines that I have ever been inside that has asked me to leave my backpack at customer service, would be nice to be able to feel like I can walk in with my backpack and be trusted not to shoplift. It makes me want to shop elsewhere.

Refused to sell to me because I was not an installer. I wound up buying on E-BAY instead. I wouldn't mind if there was a retail outlet somewhere fin Canada for the the things I'm looking for, but there isn't, so it's like a monopoly that forces you to use a middle man. Screw that.

Always neat stuff you won't find anywhere else. The inventory is always changing so you'll never know what you'll get until you see it. Owners are lovely to speak with.

Very bad service. My parcel was delivered here for pickup. The delivery company told me it would be held behind the counter for me to pick up. When I arrived, the man behind the counter said, "They're all on the floor over there. Grab yours and bring it back over here." Um, what? But the packages really were all scattered over the floor in the corner. Anyone could have easily taken any of them. I brought my parcel to the front and he was very rude about checking my ID. Then he told me my package had been sitting there for "SO LONG." It is Monday. They were brought to his store on Friday. Then he was rude to the man next to me in line for picking up a basket that was apparently covering a wet spot on the floor. I would not recommend this place.

I have never been inside one of these stores. I came to pick up a wedding gift. The staff was amazing. In spite of being busy, they had printed out the registry, found my selection for me, pointed out the self serve gift wrapping section and checked me out, all within 10 minutes. Impressive! Are they all this amazing? I didn't preuse their inventory, but it looked pretty extensive!

Great place when you need supplies. Counter staff is awesome will help you with anything you need.

I love Home Depot! They have everything we need while doing our renovations! The staff are very knowledgeable in their area, and make helpful suggestions.
