It's just another walmart, however I do know a few staff and they are pretty friendly people . Usually have the better prices for things then the competition too.

Bought a suv from Bill, fantastic service, love my wheels! Almost a year later my Sons car needed major repairs; they fixed it right and reasonable cost. Mine had a warranty repair and the service was great and it was fixed within the day. Friendly, honest bunch there. I definitely recommend them for auto repair and purchase.

Took my car in for service today. The people in the service department and front waiting are so nice. Love dealing there.

Really good selection and knowledgeable staff

Awesome place for used and sometimes new building materials. They also have furniture, appliances, household items and a great staff. Metal recycling is available to. There is one in Courtenay too and proceeds go to building housing for deserving families. This society in worldwide and is always looking for trades people volunteers. Look them up on Google and get involved please.

You need parts for construction or repair, hobbies etc. and the big box boys can't cut it. Rockler Woodworking has got it. They just saved bacon. Thank you

Not to blame the store in Burns Lake too much but they ordered a couple of items from their warehouse and I drove 100kms to pick up these items and do other shopping so it did not work well for me. I will call it a half useful trip.

They carry a lot of generally good quality hardware. The prices are generally good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The key making section has always been up to the job, even with rare keys.

Well stocked and plenty of knowledgeable people to help!
