Today we looked online to see if they had some screws in stock which it said they did. Made a special trip (24 miles round trip). Plenty of staff, asked where they were. Did not have out, were told probably in a tote in back. Was told there are too many to look through, come back and check another day to see if they have been put out.
We try to support local businesses, but that is just laziness! I guess from now on we just drive past and go to the big stores.
