I went in to get my car key copied. I tested the copy out in the parking lot, and it didn't work in the door or the ignition. When I went in, another employee made a copy, and it still didn't work. After about 2 more tries, they told me if the 4th copy didn't work, they'll refund me. I know that people would expect a review like this to get less stars than 5, but all the employees who helped were friendly, and were genuinely trying to figure out why the copies didn't work. I really appreciated their effort to actually make a copy that worked, instead of just refunding me the second time and directing me somewhere else, and I didn't have to pay for the copies that didn't work. I liked their effort and their friendly and helpful attitude, and the problem was more likely with the machine than with the employees. I also saw how helpful and friendly they were to other customers too.

This place has everything you will never find at home depot or lowes.

The only hardware store within miles definitely what we need in this neighborhood wide selection the staff has been in the store for quite some time years actually and they know what they're doing and what they're talking about so no need to go to Home Depot or Lowe's stop in these guys will get you together.

Only garden centre that is actually fully stocked and outstanding staff assistance and great attitude. Only go here!! Went to most locations in Windsor and Kingsville...no Peat Moss and other stuff.

Pro-grade hardware, excellent pricing, and very friendly staff.

Bought a used water tank but it was bad took it back and got another one but the ignitor don't work did not have a way to keep bringing it back

This hardware store was my go to stop for a quick box of screws for some caulk or whatever wasn’t worth the trip to the big box stores. I tolerated the heavy cigarette smoke, the half empty shelves, and the high prices. When I was refused the refund of a box of finish nails because I had carefully cut the tape to open and realized I got the wrong type, it was the final nail in the coffin. You lost my business today, A-1.
