On my visit today I met very patient and helpful staff at the customer service desk and the tool rental counter.

Great selection and service. We try to buy local and sometimes it can’t be hard with prices, but Jake’s steps up and is very competitive with Sudbury prices. We have bought all our appliances (washer, dryer, stove, microwave, range, dishwasher, and bbq) and beds from them. We have no regrets and love them all. We did have a minor problem with our fridge, but they fixed it with no fuss. I would recommend buying here.

Good general store. Has almost everything you need

Buyer beware!!! I purchased from this company through my Amazon account. The items listed on line had false measurements, and when the products arrived, they did not fit. This company expects me to mail them back at my expense which is only a few dollars less than what I paid for them!! On inspection, these are cheap Chinese knock-offs, so not surprising that they are 20% smaller than described on the web site. A reputable company would pay for the return since this was entirely their error. While the dollar amount is not very large, there is a principle to this that is not sitting with me very well at all.
