This Canadian Tire in Kanata has large variety, nice staff and a clean store. I've been in some horrible Canadian Tire locations and this one I continue to give my business too. Go there at Christmas as well, always beautiful set ups and lots of variety.

I find some of the staff very helpful but their prices are on the higher side.

Ace I will be shopping there more for some parts I need but wish that they would carry the right parts I need I need at one store instead of going to a different location

Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Told they would order product keep you waiting for weeks and dont bother returning calls. Then make up excuses for lost order. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business. Stay away!!

Some of the staff are nice and are helpful. I bought brake line parts for my car recently and found out that they sold us the wrong parts. Spent over 60$ and received wrong parts. Wasn't happy to find out that the parts that I had bought were the wrong ones. Especially since they were brake line parts which is very important. I will not be going to them again unfortunately because if they can't sell me the right parts for brakes than how can I trust that they will sell me the right parts at all. Making sure you sell the right parts to your customers is a huge deal Especially working with vehicle parts. Unfortunately I can't get them refunded but I've learned my lesson to find the right places to buy parts for my vehicle. Hopefully they will not make these mistakes everyday . they wouldn't want someone to get in an accident due to wrong parts being sold to their customers.

Love the old time hardware store. Got just what I needed

Their store brands of electric tools are great for the weekend warrior or handyman. I've been using the 10 inch compound sliding miter saw almost every weekend for the last 15 years and have never had a problem. I have many others as well and they have all held up just as well. Their prices on air compressor tools and accessories are unbeatable as well.

Went to Canadian Tire to buy a storage container. The one I wanted was on the very top shelf. Asked a women to help me and she said no English. A man came down the aisle and I asked him for help and he also told me no English. Why would people who don't speak English be on the floor with customers. I walked out of the store never to return.

Very helpful. The folks there will help you get exactly what you need, and give advice on doing a job too. Highly recommend goung there.

Seaway Treasures is a gold mine. My house, built in 1880, is filled with treasures I have found there over the years. I have bought beautiful antique light fixtures, fireplace surrounds, vintage encaustic tiles, McCoy Pottery, walnut plant stands, marble table lamps , antique mantel clocks and jewelry. The list is endless and the prices are reasonable. Dave and Ginette are wonderful and generous people and it is always a pleasure to shop there.

Great help, great service, they got me out of a jam that was last minute, plus their in house juice is really good. The next time I'm in Brockville I'll definitely stop by.
