Alot better customer service send a big box stores like Home Depot or Lowe's not quite as much selection as they had but there are very helpful and knowledgeable

Awful customer service. If you're from Amherstburg, make the trip to Windsor; it'll be worth your while. If I wasn't is such a pinch, I would have made the drive to Lowe's or Home Depot. After asking where an item was, some older gentleman showed me to where it was then proceeded to ask a question regarding my purchase that I was unsure of the answer. He then proceeded to mock my answer and respond with "you girls drive me crazy". Well, old, ignorant men drive me crazy too so, I'm glad we're on the same level.

They have a great display of gifts for the gardeners and also supplies for raising butterflies.

The store is always well organized. I have no trouble finding what I am looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A good store. I go there when I can but it does not have great hours. Closes early on Saturday and not open on Sunday's That's when working folks need to get their supplies. So quite often I have to go into the city for supplies.
