In March of 2018 I chose Miracle Ear to check me for hearing aids. I know it was time to address my problem. I am so pleased , my life has been enriched to a greater life of hearing, thanks to Miracle Ear in Wilkes Barre, in the Pine Mall. I am able to call anytime if I have a problem. I used to get excellent care until Mike was transferred to the Fenton office. From my first appointment and since with the new guy, his main and only goal has been to sell me new hearing aides. I was told falsehoods many times. When you lose trust with a business, they lose future sales from me.
9/13/18 Update to my review. There has been a staff overhaul at the Owosso Beltone. The service I received on my last appointment was a welcome relief from the last year or so since Mike was transferred. I went in with my right hearing aid not working. The last guy would have told me it couldn't be fixed. The person working now cleaned it, replaced the dome and it works fine. They have regained my trust. I give it this 5 stars now.
