Hearing Aid

arrived at office... a women with a snarky attitude and semi purple hair DID NOT say good morning how can I help you.. instead i get why are you here? ....really? I told her my name and I am here for my appointment ,she then asked me for a script/consult ?i reply why do I need a script that should have been sent prior to my appointment ? All my information should be in your computer, this caused her to actually move from her chair and check on something ''ok we have all your information'.oh 👌 the test with the Dr went well, no problems , after 4WEEKS I called to check up to find out about my hearing aids , was told it takes a while and they would call me , I instructed them to call my cell phone but they apparently called my home phone and I didn't get the messages that my hearing aids needed to be paid for, when someone did finally contact me through my cell phone the aids where paid for but my appointment need to be rescheduled..... GET THIS ....St peters audiology would NOT schedule see me for another MONTH!!! so from day one it took 2 months to get my hearing aids . that is outrageous

Kim loves and admires the Veterans of the United States Military service and will go the extra mile to make sure our system is working to HIS standards. I recently brought in my father-in-law, almost 90 yrs old and has a serious ear infection...Kim would not venture in, for fear of exacerbating the issue, but recommended an ENT specialist at the VA to step in. I truly respect that. I recommend his company completely!

Where do I start? I went to Audiocare Hearing Services after finding out about them from my local church and I am so happy I went in and got tested. I have had my hearing aid for 6 years or so now and I am just so happy with them. Really recommend these guys.

Top service -- Dr Karen knows how to adust HAs

This place is a joke. I had an appointment in early April , now its mid October and still no hearing aid. They say they didn't hear from my insurance company. I called my insurance company and they personally gave me 2 numbers for Miracle Ear to get in touch, and still no hearing aid

I have been going to Dr. Boggia of the Center for Better Hearing for 16 years and wouldn't consider going elsewhere. She is knowledgeable and very personable.
