Apprendre après avoir reçu les nouveaux appareils auditifs qu'il y aura des frais de 35$ consultations, ajustement et réparations mineurs et que si je veux les avoir gratuitement je dois débourser une carte privilège, ça se fait pas. Ah oui et garantie 1 an pour les appareils? Non la loi mentionne que c'est 2 ans. Pour avoir une surdité ancienne de 15 ans, j'ai conscience que plusieurs cliniques auditives ne chargent aucun frais pour les consultations, ajustement, réparations mineurs car tout simplement parce que la RAMQ envoie de l'argent aux cliniques. Pour ce qui est de l'audiologie, c'est la seule chose que j'ai été satisfaite car l'audiologiste m'a tenu informé.

Although Frederick is a long drive from Rockville, it’s worth it to me because I’ve been working with Jennifer Cushing for years. They have several closer offices and many great Audiologists, but I think Jennifer is the best. She’s very professional and friendly, she never rushes through an exam or maintenance and I always feel like she’s acting on my best interest. The office is really comfortable and they even have a Keurig for great coffee! The receptionist, Sarah, is awesome. I’ve used several audiology shops over the years, but Live Better Hearing is by far the best!

Worked with Christopher as I had pretty bad blockage in both my ears. He was able to completely flush them out, and it was a painless process!! I was able to get right in, with my appointment, and worked with Jen, the Office Manager, who was extremely friendly, and knowledgable! They also told me about hearing aids that have the technology to listen to TV and answer business calls via bluetooth, and allowing my wife to still read a book without being interrupted by the volume. So people with hearing loss not only get the treatment they need but also these features as well! Their location in Vergennes is conveniently located right in town, and appears brand new. I would highly recommend their services!
