I think this place is the best! Friendly, competent, knowledgeable people. Tom was great and fitted my Mom with hearing aids. He made sure they were perfect. DR. Nash is now there and helped my mom when one hearing aid was not working. He fit us in and made sure they were perfect making my Mom feel totally comfortable. Although my mom now lives in Morris county, I will continue to go to Ramsey for her hearing aids. Jane is also great!

Pricing constantly changing as tech constantly had to confer with his boss. Like visiting car dealer. Too many price changes just to make a sale. No consistency. Hearing screening given, not full exam to rule out hearing loss from possible other medical factors. Had to call for unanswered questions as all info not provided at visit (they forgot to mention this, that, etc). We didn't walk away from this store...we ran.
