Hearing Aid

Great experience. Becca performed a detailed analysis of my hearing issues and explained my options. My life has changed because of my new hearing aids. I no longer avoid crowds of people and I can join in on the conversations. Caution... Some training is required. I had to train my family to stop yelling at me.

The staff here are amazing. Had a blockage in my ear and John quickly had me hearing again. Highly recommend.

The doctor is so great with my grandma each time she is in. He has a knack for what he does.

Dr Berge, exceptional brilliant & sensitive to her patients care! After family Drs keep sending me hearing drops for my pain, & not being able to hear properly, for 2 years, affecting many areas of my life as I work in the customer service industry! Dr. Berge took care of my problem in less than 15min. It was like I could see again after being blind!! Located conveniently in downtown Guelph, on Woolwich, one of the oldest buildings in the city, you feel very welcome walking into the Clinic! Lisa the receptionist was great, very friendly! Dr. Berge was kind enough to also referred a friends little girls to one of her colleagues in Toronto, she’s so knowledgeable, not just related to her area, but in general! She genuinely cares for her patients quality of life! I’ll be back for sure & recommend everyone I know!!

In regard to Steffler Hearing Service. I can say that I was so happy, I cannot describe, Jennifer took care of my (problem) with an amazing professional service. If you have an issue with your hearing this is definitely the place to go, you will come out from the door as I did; very very satisfied. Got in for my appointment right on time and went through a thorough test. My hearing has changed from when I first got my hearing aids in a different town. They changed the profile and cleaned the units - no charge! Good people

When I recently found myself in need of a new hearing aid and discovered my former audiologist had closed I was at a loss. So I checked the Yellow Pages and picked Diversified Hearing. I was very apprehensive about choosing this way, but I needed help. I figured I would have to wait weeks for an appointment but was so surprised when I only had to wait two days! The staff there is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and I am now hearing better than I have heard in many years. Thank you Barbara and staff!
