Hearing Aid

No one ever answers the phone. Spent a lot of money $4000 for items that do not work after only bdi g worn twice, and there is no service after purchase. BUYERS BEWARE!! I would have given them a zero but it was not a choice.

Dr was great. Replaced tube on ear mold. The replacement cost was more than I have ever paid.

I would recommend UberHearing to anyone needing a hearing test or considering hearing aids/supplies for the following reasons (and as someone who goes for annual hearing tests and has visited a number of different places, I can say with some experience): -very professional and thorough, quality testing -knowledgeable/expert owners -more AFFORDABLE! -excellent customer service/bedside manner. Very relaxed, warm, client-centred, easy-going, not pushy in the least I also want to point out that hearing loss can be a very sensitive, frustrating thing. The down-to-earth manner at UberHearing is refreshing to that aspect of the experience and put me at ease. I have visited other hearing clinics where I have walked out feeling discouraged, more isolated, or even 'diseased' or guilty. It's hard to explain the many subtle differences at UberHearing but the experience is truly night-and-day. That in and of itself is worth 5 stars to me. Thank you.
