Hearing Aid

My mother and mother-in-law are customers at Holly's Hearing Aid Center and I wouldn't want anyone else caring for the hearing needs. The entire staff is professional and courteous and treat their customers like family. My mother in law lives in New York and only trusts Holly! She has done an amazing job with scheduling her and bends over backwards to fit her in when she's in town. For years my mother in law had awful hearing aids and since she's been going to Holly, let's just say the smile on my mother in laws face is priceless. All too often, we take our hearing for granted and when we have a loved one who can't enjoy a family dinner, social function or everyday conversation, it's so frustrating. Holly can fix this! Amazing business owner and incredible staff and I highly recommend Holly's Hearing Aid Center!!!

Mathew Audley explain the procedure to the fullest and there was no rushing during testing sound or explaining the result to me. I also need two hearing aid. Which he explain in detail what is my best option specifically to my resulted. Gave me two quote and information on the Semens Pure 7 NX. Which I will purchase eventually. Mr. Audley was very professional, respectful and relax and did not make me feel I had to buy from Miracle-Ear from them right away. I book another appointment for purchasing my new hearing aid. Great care for your hearing problems

I was having trouble hearing people taking to me more then five feet away so I went to two other hearing specialists and was told to buy the hearing aids and I could return them less a restocking fee which I didn’t do, so I let it go for over a year. I stopped at FHC and said I had a few questions about hearing loss and I was given a hearing test and was told I could try a demo set for two weeks which I was denied at two previous other hearing specialists in Kingston. It was such a difference in hearing I purchased a set and kept the demo set until my new hearing aids arrived. I was missing so many conversations before I received the demo set from Peggy the owner. The Bernafon Zerena 7 have worked great for the past 1.5 years, absolutely would never go anywhere else. Peter D. Bishop.

I have been to a few hearing centres and must say that this is the friendlies and most comprehensive one I have ever come across. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and go out of there way to accommodate your needs and requests. Never a rush job with assessments and customer care, They pay attention to you needs, listen to you and do what it take to give you what you need. Would highly recommend Sounds for Life to all who are looking for a caring and concerned hearing clinic. Exceptional customer service.

Not sure if this is the Gardeners rd one I went to but everything was good except your prices are way higher than normal!
