My father has gone to Hearing Health USA for several years, but a couple of years ago the company opened an office in Oneida. As my Dad is a resident of Oneida and no longer drives this has proven to be very convenient. Michelle is wonderful and always takes the time to answer my questions and remind me of my Dad's appointments. Quite often I have a concern about my Dad (an example is adjustments to his hearing aids) and Michelle is always accommodating and makes sure that she notes things to be discussed with Brian. Brian is always very professional and has always taken the time to contact me with concerns. The service and care my father receives from Hearing Health USA (Michelle and Brian) is so very important to me. Thank you to both of them.
