Hearing Aid

Lovely staff, very patient. They really take their time, and are knowledgeable about all types of hearing problems and hearing aids. What is really impressive is the follow-up care. Even months after you get your hearing aids, they will answer questions, show you how to care for them, do adjustments etc. Hearing is nothing to mess around with, it can have an effect on so many things in your life, including dementia and mood/quality-of-life. They are located on the ground floor of their building with a nice parking lot. Very easy access even if you have a walker or wheelchair.

Convenient location with parking. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Products were offered on site.

I will remove or change this if I am contacted like I requested by a supervisor or owner. Thousands of peoples information were sold to this company. They contacted me and that is all the information they would give me. I then asked to talk to her supervisor and she said she did not have one. So, I then asked for her to have the owner contact me. It is not right to be buying our info. The whole conversation was sketchy. I do NOT recommend anyone go here. You do not know if your information will be safe.

Was extremely unpleased when my grandmother got hearing aids and was told she couldn't return them when she was unhappy. An old lady sat and cried about wanting her old hearing aids while the state certified retail monkey bullied her into keeping the equipment beyond the 5 day return period ( hint: other companies offer a 45 day trial period for hearing aids; do yourselves a favor go to someone who cares about the customer)

I am so very proud of our office staff and Audiology team that are dedicated to the hearing, balance, and tinnitus needs of those we serve. We strive to improve ones quality of life.

False advertising, does not comply to business hours. Very unprofessional call answering. Not informed regarding appointment process or anything else. Phone number at the door is a cell phone, no staff is present at the location.

The company gave me an appointment but refuse to serve me because they said I insulted them the last time I was there which I totally disagree with. I would not recommend dealing with this place.

Great staff, great prices. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is considering getting hearing aids. I wish I would have went sooner.
