Highly disappointed in this doctor. My husband was admitted into the hospital for a totally different problem and while in the hospital started having a ear ache. Dr. Kaiser was the doctor who was called in to consult and literally walked into the hospital room and said "what do you need from me?" REALLY!!! He never even looked into my husbands ear!! Then said, "I will give you some ear drops and then when you get released just come see me." Thats what my husband did today. Today at his office his RUDE personality was the same!!!! Will NEVER USE THIS DOCTOR AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO USE HIM!!!!

I was referred to Okla Hearing Center by my PA. He felt that they were a trustworthy business. I just called and a wonderful conversation with a woman who was both friendly and knowledgeable. Why the one-star? While making my appointment, I was asked for my SS#. This is not a reasonable way to identify patients. I was told that was the only way that they identify their patients and that I had no choice. Unless someone is paying into or taking out of my SS account, there is absolutely no reason to request it. Last four..well, ok. Come on Okla Hearing Center, we have known better than this for many years now. Upgrade or change your patient software and help your patients to protect their identity!
