Hearing Aid

Fridays hours are posted 8 to 3pm. Dropped elderly mom in law off at 8:40 for her 9 am appointment. The receptionist had door locked while she was on a phone call. When she finally finished 10 minutes later she opened door and walked out to get in laws in late 80's. She should be on personal calls on her own time not during business hours .

Thomas Rainford knows his stuff for sure. Great customer service. Got in, got out quickly. Would highly recommend this place for ear plugs.

Absolutely loved the staff and our experience! After going to an ENT for our infant son, whom has not passed hearing screenings, we switched to Desert Valley. Such a wonderful experience. They were patient, willing to work with our son, gave great explanations and listened. They even offered us soft drinks. This office deserves more business.

I love my Dr. Candice Tobin and the staff here, I cannot recommend them enough!!

Dr Maschgan & Ashley were ALWAYS available to answer my questions and to resolve problems, like keeping my hearing aid clean and preventing it from falling out (when I didn't insert it properly). Always courteous even when I was an idiot.
