Hearing Aid

There is a high level of service and respect here. From the moment you step in the door, they show you that they care about you and your needs. I would simply describe them as “compassionate”. My son has seen very positive results.

I saw Luke in Maryville. My experience with hearing loss has been a life long one. I am deaf in my right ear, and my left ear compensates daily. The struggle I have most is the distractions, or when a person is a quiet talker. Luke helped pinpoint a hearing aid that will help my left ear hone in on the sound I need to hear. Plus the technology of hearing aids (and a hearing aid app) has progressed so well. Luke was very knowledgeable over this to guide me in using the aid and the app. Worth going to.

Dr. Tigner is such a great doctor! He listened and took the time to answer every question I had in detail. His bedside manner was exceptional. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better doctor. His staff has always been very pleasant as well so I am shocked to read some of the negative reviews on here. I highly recommend Dr. Tigner. He gets 5 stars from me and will always be my ENT doctor!

I have used Appalachian audiology services for many years and Dr. Jan Dungan is beyond the best. Dr. Dungan's expertise in the field of audiology far surpases any other hearing specialist I have ever used. Thank you Dr. Dungan for being so caring and willing to solve my severe hearing problem.

Good service. Nice personality

Took my 95 yo for a hearing test. The staff were the most unhelpful and unprofessional I have ever encountered. She needed help with her new Medicare card and was told to call and get the number. Upon calling I was told ( by a very kind and helpful woman!) that the provider should have called to get the information. Obviously Farragut Audiology is not concerned about helping their clients. My mother was in tears. We were told we could wait at reschedule. We chose to do neither.

Absolutely wonderful, friendly, and professional staff there. We had tried a couple other places but were not successful. The staff there is very knowledgeable and informative and they go above what I feel is beyond to be helpful. Always friendly and smiling. They really do care about their patients and their family and it shows. Highly recommend them if you need help hearing.

After using four different audiologists.. Sidney Hicks is the Supreme Being. Haven't heard this well for 10 yrs. Run and make your hearing aid appointment now. Super knowledgeable. Kind and compassionate..able to change tv from 61 to 25. Now my wife and I can enjoy tv in the same room. thank you Sydney Hicks..
