Great customer service, staff is very friendly and made our visit enjoyable. Dr. Horan was very thorough and did his research before we went in.

It has been over 15 years and it was time to see why my wife keeps saying, “You are ignoring me”. The last checkup I had was in a small trailer Beep Beep Beep done. However, I had no idea how much times have changed, very informative with every test and after. I had a bunch of questions the Dr. was easy to talk to, answer all of them with a take your time approach. I only wish I had a reason why I cannot hear my wife. Nevertheless, my ears work, darn it. I drive 70 plus miles to shop, why I haven't been there for 5 months? Love the gas prices, been years since I paid less than $3 plus a gallon for 87 octane. I should never shop hungry.

Not a professional medical office in the least. Their doors are locked when they're supposed to be open, they don't answer their phones, my son was supposed to get a hearing aid back in October and we still don't have it.... there's something very odd about this place, and frankly, quite creepy. Not recommended.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Becker for several years. We love her and her staff. I started first, had allergy workup then started shots. Took my husband because of sinus problems. Dr Becker did some surgery on them and he is so much better. He had to get shots for allergies also. We are both done with them now. If we have any problems in the future, we will definitely go back to Dr Becker.

WOW, talk about service. I was winding down Friday night and when I removed my left hearing aid the little rubber end stayed in my ear!! I texted Bill, who was in Alaska (I didn't know). He called his wife Marilyn who called and said she would drive from her home, 20 minutes away, and meet me at the clinic! She helped me out and coached me so it wouldn't happen again. Contrast that to a visit to urgent care and $250. These guys really care and show it every day.
