Caring, patient and thorough with my 87 year old mother with not just hearing loss, but memory loss as well. (constant retraining) So glad they're there.

It really meant a lot to see a professional service be so committed and happy to be of service to the veteran community considering the difficulties the VA has faced in recent times. Dr Emily McMahan is very knowledgeable about hearing loss and preventive. Her passion about the ears in general is far above what you would expect from any other provider. As soon as we walked in Ms.Jackie automatically knew who we were and as a first impression, that was pretty awesome and then we were seen by Mr.Tim whom I must say was not only friendly, kind and humorous, but he was extremely helpful and also referred us to some other places that accepts Medicaid. If the bank account was looking pretty nice, we would've stayed and got our hearing aids from him. So for miracle ear, I would rate it a 10+ because of how awesome they were. Thank you Miracle Ear!!

So just received my hearing aids today after charging them and figuring them out the the easy to understand instructions. Have them on the volume of the Tv went way down, my wife now sounds like she is yelling, in which without I would have to read her lips because I could not hear her. This was a surprise to see them in the mail today, received a phone call earlier in the week, was told they were on back order and would not get them till early March. Thank you Advanced Affordable Hearing you have truly made my life easier. So it has been a month and they still work well but one problem I have experienced is there is something on the material that makes the back of my ears breakout, I have easily solved this by putting a thin layer of antibiotic cream on before putting on hearing aids, now I know it is coming from the hearing aids because I took them off for a week and it cleared up and when I put them back on the breakout was back by the end of the day. Using the cream prevents this.

I needed a dome for my hearing aid, they refused to supply with one because it was 'against the law .. as I did not by my hearing aid there'. Empty musty shop with nobody there.

I am hard of hearing, pardon! I have been to 3 other places to help in my impediment. And this exceeds by far. The audiologist is very thorough & knows just what to do. The receptionist is excellent & does her very best to help.
