In 2012 when I was ready to Move Mr. Wright Pat a beautiful home located on Littlefield St. The house was reconstructed by him and it was absolutely beautiful I just at the time couldn’t afford it I would love to actually move back into that house. His work is amazing!

I became the proud owner of my first Cardel Home back in 2015. I have experienced the process before and was pretty clear about what to expect but I can't say enough about how impressed I have been with every individual I had the pleasure of dealing with. From Jennifer to Lindsay to the Dave's - the whole experience was outstanding. This team goes above and beyond. So pleased with the beauty and quality of my home, that when I made the decision to move again I did not even consider any other builder. With 100% confidence, I went ahead and bought a new Cardel home in the Blackstone. I move in six weeks! -Marianne

Home builder has moved out. A new road is established- Tremont Lane.

This is the door KHOV installed, shaking, no even. What is worse, they never would fix it for you. When you finally found they warranty dept, they will set up appointment in two weeks, then warranty guy took around, take notes, either tell you that you need to be responsible to it, or they will tell they would do it, and never come back again. So hurting to have a KHOV house.

Sudbury Renovations came highly recommended and I would forward the same recommendation to anyone looking at home improvement projects (big or small). JC demonstrated excellent work ethic and used a client centered approach throughout the project. I had six windows replaced this Fall which was accomplished in an efficient and timely manner. Sudbury Renovations obviously takes pride in their work and ensures that the customer is always happy.
