Very helpful & neat

We have discovered a beautiful development in Kemptville called Kempten Crt. Our concern is the lack of visitor parking, hardwood and tile floors, lack of closets (garage entry and linen) broom and vacuum cleaner closet, air conditioning and fireplaces. Also lack of windows. We know all this can be obtained, but at a cost. Should these necessary additions not be included in the cost of your attached homes???

Somehow it is impossible to speak with a manager at this company if you want to escalate a concern. After so many voice mails and emails over months, and numerous "we will get back to you" by the gatekeeper/receptionist, somehow we just cannot get a manager on the phone. I have never dealt with a service provider whose manager would avoid customers instead of dealing with customer complaints openly and honestly...I would not recommend this company. This is the wrong way to do business.

I am shocked to see 5 star reviews, it has to be friends of the builder. At first the home is aesthetically pleasing, but this changes quickly due to poor quality materials and craftsmanship. The sales/leadership team lacks integrity and will say anything they need to in order to get out of a situation, including flat out lying. Shop elsewhere.
