Home Builder

They were real nice and friendly . We had the opportunity to look at all the homes and I got the design I wanted . Titanium construction is a good company to deal with and I recommended them to a few people already.

I work for this company so I’m biased

A luxury home builder and developer.

absolutely love what Home Reno Vancouver did for my downstairs unit, which desperately needed a makeover. They really couldn't have done a better job. A+.

Tsl Laneway Homes were extremely professional and easy to work with! I highly recommend them. Thank you Tsl Laneway Homes!

After obtaining three quotes, we selected Birch Hill Developments (the highest quote) as they seemed to best understand the scope of the project. The front porch of our 90 year old house was sagging, obviously due to rot. The house has been in the family for 75 years so we knew and passed on to Birch Hill the history of repairs to the porch. Start of project was postponed several times, started two months late. Demolition crew was at house less than one day. They removed floor of porch and left. We then received an email from Birch Hill doubling the quote, saying that there was much more work involved than anticipated. Another major concern was that this company operates under two different names: Birch Hill Developments and AICO Construction Inc. The name Birch Hill Developments was used on the Acceptance of Quote. The name AICO Construction was used on their insurance policy. Despite numerous emails, we never received insurance documentation that matched the quote. We were concerned that an insurance claim might end up being invalid. We therefore changed to another contractor who was able to complete the job within Birch Hill Development/AICO’s originally quoted price. After numerous emails and delays, 20 percent of our deposit was returned to us.

Very friendly staff that really care.

Its like all the rest of LGIs, middle of the road buider. Not on the low or high end ! Like most builders today the lots are tooooo small & homes waaaay to close. To my knowledge all thier developements have an HOA. WHY
