Home Builder

I have tried Emailing and calling these guys multiple times without a single real response, the only time you’ll receive an email is an generic one asking how’s it going on your land hunt. They Never respond! The only time you will receive a real email is when you asked them to stop sending you spam!

Nicer to you doing today

Most unprofessional house builders I have ever tried to talk to. I inquired about pricing on 3 specific models and the email reply I got was condescending and did not answer my questions. On top of that the email was sent from a personal Gmail account, not formatted to any professional standards, nor was it signed by anyone so I dont even know who contacted me. I tried to call; got through the first time and the person who answered did it on such a way that I was stunned into silence for a moment. Didn't say who was speaking, didn't say the company name. They simply stated my name as a question and asked me to call back. Needless to say I won't be doing business with them.

Great company to work with. Cascade Custom Homes and Design did a amazing job on our custom home. Thank you!

"Zee" was great from beginning-to-end of our renovation. He was easy to communicate with and his workmanship was of the highest quality. I have already referred him to several of my real estate clients and I will be certain to use him again!

Beautiful and modern townhomes!

They complete the project in east Vancouver , its a restaurant remodel the whole store , framing , drywall , paint , new floor all done in our budget, and they were right on schedule , we appreciate there work , very professional

Tut home construction has been a real pleasure to work with. We engaged them even before we purchased land and they were very helpful in helping us decide which plot to buy ( from a builders perspective) . The team is efficient and well managed and entire process is very smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home construction project.
