They have serious problems with the construction time lines, extensive process delays, they don't have enough staff in Rathmor Park office. Dealing with the current staff is horrible, they don't listen to you once the contract is signed, . Management should seriously focus on building customer service, relation and trust. Nobody experts horrible service at premium cost.

Bad quality homes and service. I do not recommend this builder. Getting fake reviews from "local guides" to boost their reputation is deceiving. Folks need accurate reviews.

This year we had Ottawa Home Renovations Inc come to our home to help us design and start the architectural planning for our long over due bathroom addition to the upper level of our home. Process with the city didn’t take as long as we thought. With such great people to work with during the whole project and great service from the owner through out the whole job. Overall it took about 2 weeks to get our city building permits and engineered architectural plans. All in all it took them about 60 days to build the complete structure. We have to say we are so pleased in their knowledge and effort on this project as they had to bring our plumbing up 3 levels from our basement. Re-routing our plumbing was the biggest task for our renovation which held us back about 2 years, prolonging the project to choose the right contractor to build this for our little family of 4 😊. Amazing work, job well done guys! Our family is enjoying the master ensuite bathroom every morning now, we’re all so happy! We will call you back for more of our future renovation plans.

After meeting with several contractors and getting a few quotes, it was clear to us that Holland Homes was the company for us. Robert was honest, straightforward and entirely responsive to our budget, questions and concerns. Scott and his team were skilled, hard working and very pleasant. Because ours is an old home, and because we had several suppliers outfitting our new custom kitchen, we had a few glitches along the way. However, what impressed us most is that Robert and Scott worked with us and through everyone of them. The end result is that our new kitchen, bathroom and family room are absolutely stunning and we are enjoying them tremendously! Karen and Keith

My husband and I recently purchased a condo as well as a single home from Ashcroft. They are both built with high quality and are spacious properties. Dealing with the staff has been a pleasant experience. Very content with my purchases. Would definitely recommend!

To elaborate, the workers were loud and rude and the customer service was awful, they said they hired contractors who do not work for their company. Some of the contractors walked off the job cause they didnt pay their trades. My neighbour also informed me that the job was delayed after delay and it was a custom home. Stay away

Worked with Sunter homes on a massive renovation in my baseement. There were some complications along the way, but they were fixed right at once without delaying the finish time or increasing the costs. Once it was all said and done, the basement turned into my dream mancave and has been well worth the investment!

Beyond the smooth talking sales people and costly ostentatious marketing of other design and build renovation companies (one that made us wait months for a small bathroom renovation because of over-sales) is CastleCorp. They begin the job on time, are affordable and do the job right.
