I have not bought a home from Lemay, but know and do business with the Lemay family since 2011. They have a very high level of honesty and integrity. They will make sure everything is perfect and only use high quality materials and knowledgeable staff. Do not hesitate to connect with them to purchase your new home. Family business established since 1958.

The builder uses the cheapest materials on the market. Many of the units have repairs to be done because the builder didnt install correctly in the 1st place. To make matters worse. You buy the condo, you fight with the builder about discrepancies. Then the builder turns around and fights with the contractors over who will be responsible for the repair. A whole year and some later, I now have to move out of my condo for 4-5 days so they can replace my tiled floors in our main entrance, kitchen, guest & ensuite bathrooms. Yayyyyy....just what a new condo owner looks forward to.

Be prepared to get the run around when you need an issue resolved. When we purchased the home it was supposed to take 4 months but ended up at 9 months. There were surprise upgrades like $500 to have drawers in the bathroom sink cabinets. After picking out our tile they later said they only had one option and ran out of our selection. Then they said they had to put in a different tile. We selected a standard siding color and then months later were told that it was actually a $1400 upgrade. We had to purchase our own faucet and hire our own plumber to fix a leaky sink because Soave let the issue go for months after the problem was reported and repeatedly reported. Basically they don't want to take responsibility for anything. Be ready for a giant headache and huge amounts of stress during the first year.

HNHomes it is an Urbandale marketing "story" designed to: - create the illusion of choice, - sell more expensive houses cutting the quality. in this way Urbandale is not taking a hit. Never sign with a builder which does not have more than 10 years building houses. Please remember a house is not done like a car, if you expect the same quality your HNHomes house will be a lemon.
