Had a strange encounter with the rental agent at 40 Kirkland - A little context, there are prices advertised ranging from ~$1000 to a maximum of ~$1865. The agent revealed to me the studio has a monthly cost of ~$1000 and 1bedr + 1 small den is $1900. Please understand that they also sell 2 bedrooms apartments. So, the studio is ~500 square feet whereas the 1bedr + 1 small den is ~700 square feet. Still, the difference between the studio and 1bedr+den is $900 for 200 square feet and a couple of walls. Parking is not included despite the fact the place is supposedly all inclusive. The pricing suddenly ballooned up when discussing parking. It is a little over $2100 with outdoor parking (slightly more for an indoor option). I am not even certain they have pool, some kind of community area or a roof top etc... On the positive side, this location is well connected to many interesting amenities (close to Tangier, Canadian tire centre etc) and the apartments are clean/new. But all in all, it doesn't feel luxurious at all. Or maybe I was told some strange facts to ensure I feel at odds with this place. A quick google search reveals this and this is practically next door lol. I am in no way affiliated with Heritage hills. There are 6 condo models, Heritage A, B, C, D, E and F. Heritage A, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,057 square feet. Heritage B, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,105 square feet. Heritage C, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 686 square feet. Heritage D, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 673 square feet. Heritage E, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom 1,230 square feet. Heritage F, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom 1,269 square feet. Some of these condos will be for sale, and some will be for rent. Rental prices at Heritage Hills are: Model A - $1600 Model B - $1600 Model C - $975 Model D - $975 Model E - $1875 Model F - $1925 Sigh...

I became the proud owner of my first Cardel Home back in 2015. I have experienced the process before and was pretty clear about what to expect but I can't say enough about how impressed I have been with every individual I had the pleasure of dealing with. From Jennifer to Lindsay to the Dave's - the whole experience was outstanding. This team goes above and beyond. So pleased with the beauty and quality of my home, that when I made the decision to move again I did not even consider any other builder. With 100% confidence, I went ahead and bought a new Cardel home in the Blackstone. I move in six weeks! -Marianne

Our experience with building a home from Guildcrest was most enjoyable. The staff are very helpful and very knowledgeable in helping with the planning of the house. We are so enjoying our new house Thank you for all your help in planning this beautiful home

A very nice, quiet neighborhood surrounded by parkland and farms, with shopping nearby and Cadarackque Public School within walking distance for the kids. It's a really nice community to live in.

Y & G have done three projects for me - one of which was quite substantial. They have worked quickly and on-time and their work has been exceptional. They work well as a Team and I will certainly use them for future projects.

I have worked on many, many custom homes and the success of my work depends on the quality of the builder. These guys are on of the best.

Extremely happy with our home and their excellent service!

We decided to get a 3D design plan before starting anything, and it was the best solution. In that way, we were able to know what we wanted or not precisely. It also helped us to determine a fixed budget for our landscape remodeling.

The Element Townhomes are just perfect. They are very big on the inside. Never expected it to be so nice. Its one of the nicest I have ever seen in the same category. Great Job👍

This review is about my family’s experience at the decor centre. Dillon provides EXCELLENT customer service and goes above and beyond in assisting us select our decor. He made sure we were completely satisfied with all the decor combos. Dillon fully gives his time and attention to his clients and shows he genuinely cares. I also have to add that Lisa was very warm, friendly, and understanding when providing her services for us when we were finalizing our decor.
