Home Builder

I recently moved in a new raised bungalow on Cecil Street in Angus, Ontario. This is my 3rd home. The experience has been genuine and wonderful. The quality work and positive communication between us and Brent/Anna, Yanch Home Builder, have been excellent. Great workmanship and the problems encountered were fixed on a timely basis. The worker's that come to do work are very kind and surpassed my expectations. Keep up the great work, I highly recommend Yanch Homes.

I have worked with Norbert and Alair Homes Springwater on a number of projects now and have nothing but good things to say about their services. As a sub trade it is sometimes difficult to create working relationships with construction companies but Norbert has been great from the start. His clients are always so happy with the work of his company and his professionalism and customer service is fantastic. I would recommend Norbert and Alair Homes Springwater for any renovation or custom project.

Was looking for a specific product and had been referred to them by another company. These guys helped me out with what I needed at a great price. Their sheer honesty and service were exceptional.

Love how these look and are built. Great use of space.

Love our Hedbern home! Heard great things about this builder before we purchased & so far they have lived up to the reputation. Great quality & service. Only con i can say is sometimes there is a delay before you hear back from them & your left wondering if they got your message. 4.5 stars.

Nathan did $10,000 of structural and flooring renovations at my friends house in Innisfil. The quality of the workmanship was poor with multiple 1/4 inch gaps in the middle of the room at laminate ends. He left a 3/4 inch gap at the patio door between the laminate and door frame with no trim installed at all. The laminate trim he installed around the porcelain tile has broken in 2 places as he left a 1.5 inch gap between the laminate and porcelain tile then tried to use 1 3/4 laminate to trim it with not enough overlap to support the trim and it broke. He has been contacted multiple times over 2 years to correct the defects but instead has walked away doing nothing to resolve the issues with his workmanship. Avoid.

We had a wonderful experience working with Pratt Homes! The entire process was smooth and enjoyable - from choosing our colours and finishes to receiving our keys and everything in between!! We love our new home and would highly recommend Pratt Homes!!

Scott Vanular from Construct & Conserve contacted me to complete metal work on a couple of custom homes he has finished. I have to say Scott and his crew were extremely knowledgable/experienced and provided quality workmanship. I really enjoyed working with Construct & Conserve!
