Project description: build an addition to the house, replace roof trusses and shingles, replace all windows, change interior layout, re-face exterior of the house (stucco), replace/renew 80% of electrical, plumbing, heating systems. I would rate Babyfoot Development with 13 out of 10 rate and not less than that. 10 points is for completing the project within agreed timelines, scope and budget - standard set of successful project attributes; 3 extra points for the following: 1. Were able to absorb and work around design/engineering mistakes (made by other contractors and the house owner) at earlier stages of the project. Behaved agile manner (always available, always there, always ready) trying to accommodated sudden requests from the customer into the project. 2. Were straight and honest (both financially and technically) from the day one till the end: Didn't try to just "make money" when there were possibilities to do so. Didn't try to "cut corners" during actual construction. Refused extra scope (together with own income !!!) where it was not really necessary 3. Provided a true customer-oriented approach, actually spending time to understand needs, discuss options and propose different solutions. Convinced and managed the construction though the winter season allowing earlier completion Good luck with your project !!

Just saw one of your drivers on the 400 swerving and braking erratically. When we passed him we saw him blatantly looking at his phone. He's obviously careless and doesn't care about breaking the law, which reflects quite poorly on your company.

We hire them to do our full house renovation and I have to say from the day one everything was going smooth as per plans and agreement we had. They were very clean and organized from the beginning of the project. Our home looks awesome and I would recommend them to everyone looking to do major renovation or build new house. Miro is very honest and easy to deal with. Also I gotta mention that they are giving 5 year warranty on all work and financing is available who needs it at competitive rates!! Thank you
