I've used these guys on both of my houses and my business, wow have they've impressed me AND my family. From conception to design and execution, they delivered beyond my expectations. Paul was meticulous in his design of my lighting control system and very helpful, Leo & Mario had endless logical suggestions and options that fit my budget. They all made me feel comfortable and at ease. Not only did I receive amazing service and a fantastic automated home that everyone's jealous of lol...I also gained a tremendous amount of knowledge from these guys! If you're looking for a Smart Home company, do yourself a favour and call these guys! You wont be disappointed.

One of the worst builder I ever seen I bought a house from empire builder in 2016 the garage floor is cracking from day one when we complaint about it the builder saying it's not covered and now my roof shingles are falling apart and I complained to the builder same answer it's not covered I spend money and fixed the roof after two days the builder selected 4 houses in the same community and fixed the roof under warranty I don't know what kind of policy the empire builders has now again my roof shingles are gone now this time I am not going to fix now our whole street is going to sue the builder .If I use two washrooms together One of my washroom get no water when I ask the builder their answer is this homes are not designed for two washrooms use at same time.So many things to point out this page is not enough so please avoid this garbage (empire) builder if you buy from this stupid builder it's like just throwing your hard earned money into garbage This builder using all cheap stuff please avoid this builder at all cost Mattamy and gold park are way better than empire builder.

For as long as my husband and I have been married we always dreamed about building our own home. We were fortunate to meet Michael thru our facility, just at the right time.
