Home Builder

Attention to detail and no shortcuts taken. My choice over the larger national builders that build locally

Professional and courteous bilingual service from start to finish with the owner himself for my beautiful custom home.

We purchased a home in richmond Hill by flato. There were some issues upon closing of the home including items from pre inspection and also on the 30 day form. Luisa and her team have been very helpful with resolving all the issues with the home. Stephanie, the manager we dealt with has also been very helpful throughout our conversations leading up to the closing date and has been very professional. Thank you. the quality of the home is 👌🏻

This guy.. White F150 with your business name on the door..driving down busy Lake St. on a Saturday afternoon, sitting at green lights, not aware of anyone around you because you are texting on your phone. Doesn't matter if you get called out..The rules don't apply to you, right Snowflake?

Cochren homes recently added a second storey to our bungalow here in Oakville. The team delivered everything they said they would, on-time and on budget, with no hiccups and complete transparency every step of the way. The results were amazing, Mike and his team went above and beyond, and truly delivered to us our dream home. My wife and I just dropped off gift baskets to the team, which just shows how happy we were with the quality build, quality service, and quality company. I'd recommend Cochren Homes to anyone.

Terrible experience. Speechless and sad. Waited 3 years and got so many issues. Moved in and they are yet to fix majority of the things listed. I'm so disappointed. Can never recommend them as builders. I feel like I'm having a mental breakdown.
