Home Builder

Friendly neighbourhood with mainly young families. Phase1 is nearly complete and phase 2 is now open. There is a park in the centre of the neighbourhood. It's a large green space. Everyone is super friendly. It's a small community feel and only 15 mins north of Masonville. Prices are a lot cheaper too for new builds.

It's in contraction

This builder does not stand behind a warranty. Anything I have requested, the response is always it is not covered under warranty. Very disappointing as I was under the understanding that I had a house warranty buying brand new.

Very nice homes. Great construction

Note: Always have a copy of what you sign because they don't resubmit what you sign the second time! Brick colour #6 first option and decided to go with a red for a cost of $450 (in time frame) The form wasn't submitted and was questioned for their mistake. Obvious I don't have the paper because it's suppose to be submitted to your head office. Multiple properties bought at sunningdale greens. Terrible sales rep(s), should really reconsider hiring some "professionals" -Impatient -Unhelpful -Horrible attitude -Never pick up or return calls/text -Emails never return until you email them multiple times By the way. Check your brochures & pricelist because they can't give you proper answers and they do mislead you to any upgrades! And don't bother contacting head office because you will receive a outrageous response! Zero star if possible not a single rep was helpful Rep names. We have been through the Niagara model and were impressed with construction build. Were excited to start our new cottage this summer!

I don't know how they get the title " BUILDER OF THE YEAR " when they can't fix leak for over 2 years now. Buyers be aware don't buy from Mattamy. After 2 years they telling me they have nothing to do with that because last time when it leak we had the ice storm and I have to clean the ice from the balcony (at 1am middle of an ice storm) so I don't have water coming in from the bottom of the door and prevent the leak in my garage and leaving room. My next door neighbor had the same issue and couple of other houses, and the worsed is that we got the same email from the customer care manager. This matter would be taken further.

Home trust group was a pleasure to work with throughout. Work was finished as initially promised and the house is just what we wanted. Thank you guys for the excellent work.

Very competent and detail oriented. Very happy with service.

非常有个性和温馨的公寓，公寓里阳光充足，交通便利，去几个超市走路可以到，特别是华人超市，非常方便
