Home Builder

Great working with Philipp and his crew. They did a terrific job building and modifying our boathouse. Really a pleasure working with such a professional crew.

It's unfortunate that these builders can get away with the things they do. You would think that the Tarion Warranty would protect the homeowners, but it seems that it protects the builder more than the homeowner. Like many of the other reviewers and neighbors on my street, none are satisfied with their home care customer service. Once the builders has your money; good luck on getting the MANY unfinished items completed in your home. We are 5 months in our home, and we are still waiting on many items to be completed without an expected completion date. Their home care customer service team does not answer promptly, return phone calls, give dates of when to expect items to be finished or even started. Save yourself the headache and avoid buying from them. They are a disorganized company who's only interest is to take your money and leave you with partially built homes.

Hired Rock Cliff to do a small renovation to a rental property. Project was timely and on budget. Andre was very helpful throughout the entire process.

1) Price your options. They gouge you at every turn. Over $220 for a pot light. 2) Fusion uses dated products that you have to opt out of. - example their towel rods are the old ceramic ones with the plastic bars. We had to ask for them not to be installed, yet received no credit to offset. 3) They will not play nice with your contractors if you need anything done or roughed in before closing. 4) They will make changes they deem to have little to no impact on the client without consent. 5) They include a large fusion brick standard on their homes. From what Ive seen it is not matched to your colour and sticks out. It is a fight to have it not included. 6) Fusions brick packages are dated and unless you like oranges should be reviewed before you firm. They launched one new one which is black and grey. One. 7) Every change is $55. Moving two windows on either side of a fireplace - $55 x 2. Then another $55 to move the two on top. So 4x $55. 8) They are inflexible and insist on delivering a "finished" product - they wouldnt leave part of the baseboards out for our master closet. Our house hasnt been finished yet, but if building again - it wouldnt be with fusion.

Got to Get a Gatto... That is very true... Yes they are Old School Italian which is not everyones cup of tea...but they build a solid quality home... Their product is solid... and detail means everything to them..and if there is a problem which we didn't even have any....they always come back to fix always followed up with us.. you never felt abandoned.. they put their whole heart in giving you the best house possible..
