Fantastic builder to buy from

We are halfway through our custom build with Astoria and we couldn't be more pleased. They gave us our own hard hats in the beginning and that speaks volumes but the fact that they actually want you to visit the site has taken our custom build to an entirely new level. Jim and Lisa are very hands on and always in the loop which makes you feel from the get go, that they are building you a home and not just building another house. Our site super Ken is just as hands on and you will often see him cleaning up the site, another sign of their pride and quality workmanship. We are just headed into the finishing stages but have been nothing but impressed. From the moment you step into their Showhome and are greeted by the lovely Jillian, you just get a good feeling and that feeling hasn't left us. What you see is truly what you get and that is so refreshing. A great experience thus far.

We are very excited to be part of the Trickle Creek Family. And yes, they do treat you like family from the very first meeting. Their customer service is amazing right up to the president of the company, whom we have contact with regularly. We can not wait for the home of our dreams to be finished!
