My Wife and I bought an Alquinn home 7 mths ago, we dealt with Shannon and Janice and couldnt have been taken care of by 2 better people. They did everything they could to make sure we where well taken care of. We have built 5 house and we wish we would have found Alquinn homes on our 1st one. The quality is unmatched by anybody out there. We had a retaining wall included in our deal and when we found out what it was we where very unhappy, but John and Shannon again stepped in and we got what we wanted, again they went over and above!! We did have some issues with the warranty part but that has since been taken care of 100 fold. I would recommend this builder to anyone.
