We met Sam at the Home Show along with probably a dozen other GCs. We had them all come through and bid our full condo renovation. We liked Sam from the start and he compared favourably to all the others in all aspects, so we chose him to run our reno. I can't say everything went smoothly (I don't think anything like this ever does, especially with as much custom stuff as we wanted) but Sam made sure the process was a pleasant one for us as he stayed on top of everything until it was right. Great communicator and super responsive. One of my favorite things was the full transparency: There were bills for everything, negotiated discounts were passed on to us, and deficiencies reduced our cost and were fully fixed. I will definitely be calling on Sam the next time we renovate or build. I can't imagine a better general contractor.

When we decided to take advantage of the lucrative real estate market and start building / selling homes, we contacted several custom home builders to get a quote and learn about the process. From the very beginning, the team at Viper was easy to talk to and very informative. We had a lot of questions and Viper patiently answered them all. The final product was a custom home built with high quality craftsmanship that was visible inside and out. The best part of all was that with Viper's guidance, the project was completed within our established budget. The modern style and quality finishes on our home made it stand out among the other houses in the area. When it came time to sell our house, it sold for well over the other comparable houses in the area. We will be turning to Viper for our next project!
