Most unprofessional house builders I have ever tried to talk to. I inquired about pricing on 3 specific models and the email reply I got was condescending and did not answer my questions. On top of that the email was sent from a personal Gmail account, not formatted to any professional standards, nor was it signed by anyone so I dont even know who contacted me. I tried to call; got through the first time and the person who answered did it on such a way that I was stunned into silence for a moment. Didn't say who was speaking, didn't say the company name. They simply stated my name as a question and asked me to call back. Needless to say I won't be doing business with them.

I have been a flooring supplier to wallmark homes for the past 14 years. From the first project that I have dealt with them out in Maple Ridge, to all the custom homes I do for them, they have always had a great deal of proffessionalism, and attention to detail. VCH impressed me. I only started with some general concepts, not much more than a pile of pictures from the internet of stuff that I liked. It was really amazing how quickly they were able to show me a design that incorporated everything I wanted. The finished house was also identical to the concept, so the execution was perfect in that regard.
