We had our laneway home built on June 2016 and completed Mar 2017. We've been in here with my wife and son for over a year now and we're still loving this home of ours! Lanefab were fantastic and responsive to our needs from the beginning. We ensured our neighbours would be ok with the active construction and they were perfectly fine with it. Lanefab ensured they cleaned up around our street and area. The process was smooth and enjoyable and the staff were nothing but awesome.

Very poor job done by Vikram, a designer at their surrey location. First he forgot a simple rule that's been around for ages. That delayed us in getting our permit. He then tried to charge us to make the corrections for his mistake. He didnt provide us with the energy plan, that again delayed us from getting our permit. He didn't even look at the lot size or shape as our surveyor has informed us that the design does not fit.

We have worked with GD Nielsen Homes on many projects. We have always found them to be honest, ethical and efficient. GD Nielsen's 30+ years of experience is evident on every project they complete.

Eric is truly and deeply concerned with listening to you and giving you the custom home you want. He goes way above and beyond to provide all the perks and incentives he can possibly afford to his staff. His striving for excellence during the construction phase can slow the process a bit, since Vancouver talent is hard to come by, but you want your home to last many lifetimes so you have to put that into perspective.
