Home Builder

this company is the biggest joke possible, they don't warranty any of there work, to them all you are is just a number, Boychuk homes uses the cheapest material possible STAY AWAY.. ZERO STARS. all of there rose wood homes are falling apart. lots of complaints on the street.

Our new home is better than we could have ever imagined. The entire process was a pleasure. Grant, Ford and Clark kept us involved and provided excellent communication. The sub trades Legacy uses are definitely the best in the business. Walking through our home after being in countless show homes by other builders only reinforces Legacy's status as the premier custom home builder in Saskatoon. Having had a previous experience building with Legacy made this build a simple choice. We know that the Legacy team backs up their promises and is there to ensure that the reputation they've built over the years will stay intact. We can't imagine why anyone would choose any builder other than Legacy for their new home. Shelley McConnell-Harder and Bob Harder

In the last four years, I researched hundreds of Saskatoon house listings. I found Daytona Home’s floor plans practical and affordable. I scheduled an appointment in June. Lynn listened to what I wanted and showed me a few houses. Lynn’s personality, sense of humor and patience made the buying process fun. Daytona’s recommended mortgage specialist and lawyer and made the process easy for me (I took possession within 30 days and did not have preapproval). One week before possession, Kale goes through an extensive home owner tour. A few weeks after the move in date is a warranty visit. Darius is quick to address any issue. Lynn and the rest of Dayton Homes team feel so much like family that my son and his girlfriend bought a new house from Daytona Homes in October.

My husband and I bought a new house through North Prairie about two months ago. We are extremely happy with our home and all the additional features North Prairie put into the house for us. They have been helpful with all our questions, and we would highly recommend North Prairie.

Great guys doing good work

They make some nice homes. Checked a few out

Great place to buy a new home. We bought a new home there in 2017 the work was done with great care and ever concern we had was taken care of .

Beautiful houses! Excellent quality!

We are extremely happy with our beautiful new house located in the Meadows. The service Arbutus gave us from the moment we walked into the show home has been nothing but outstanding. MaryAnn the sales consultant was very helpful and honest throughout the entire process. She always kept us informed on the progress of our home, while answering any questions we had promptly and professionally. She took care of us from the moment we met until the day we took possession. MaryAnn was a very trustworthy person, any and all verbal promises made were delivered which demonstrates her integrity. Looking back, it was very calming knowing that you would be looked after by the same person from start to finish. If anyone is looking to purchase a home from Arbutus we would highly recommend working with MaryAnn, you will not be disappointed. Our site superintendent Taylor did a fantastic job. The completion date never changed and the quality of work and lack of deficiencies was impressive. Any small issues pointed out was corrected within 48 hours, again impressive. We are extremely pleased with the service up to and after possession. Its nice seeing the people who built your house still working in the area and continuing to ensure you are satisfied. Eric, who has been in charge of client care after possession has also been outstanding. We had a concern with out HRV unit and sent him and email one afternoon. Himself and a technician were out the next morning to diagnose and correct the issue. Again, we were amazed by this level of service. We have been in the house for over 2 months now and love it. We would recommend Arbutus to anyone looking for a quality home built by quality people who stand behind their product.

Very professional staff and easy to work.

So far so good. It was a great experience dealing with Josh. We got the possession on the same day that we had agreed upon six months ago I would update once the grading and landscaping is done.

Great building you guys provided. Mining Gets cold and this structure is amazing. We have moved it twice to new sites nwith no issue. Thanks again.
