Run away while you can! Beautiful designs but absolutely abysmal customer service. The owners daughter is the rudest human being I have come across. After buying a $700k show home, it was issues galore. Leaking furnace, cracked granite, kitchen cabinets falling apart, creeky staircase, flaky paint, electrical and cable sockets missing wires, hvac problems and more. My neighbour's siding rips apart anytime there is strong wind. Same builder! Do not buy a home from this company!! They have rebranded to fleece more customers so beware!
