Luca kept the whole project transparent with good coordination between the trades & the customer that ensured smooth & timely completion of the project to the satisfaction of the customer. We love the idea of the water system but have had nothing but trouble with it. As soon as the filters needed changing our system has never worked right again. We had mike in to fix it for us and even he had trouble. The new filters were making our pipes vibrate. Mike brought his filters in from his house. He had different filters they seem to work good. We recently had to change them up again and the system stopped working again. I realized they sold me the wrong filter. I took it back to the store but they would not exchange it for the proper ones. BUYER BEWARE THIS STORE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. Very poor customer service. We took the whole system out. They just lost our business

Beautiful condos so happy

Currently using Lakeview Contracting to demo, rebuild and finish our home in Schomburg, ON. Excellent work - they have been ahead of schedule, but pay a lot of attention to detail. Our entire home was relaid out, we added an en-suite, his and hers closets, another extra washroom and another bedroom. We also took out all the in the kitchen/living room so we have a large open Great Room now with cathedral ceilings. They really designed it in a way that made the most of the space we had. We requested all high quality finishes: (a) all marble bathroom; (b) taj mahal quartzite counter; (c) all imported Italian made faucets; and (d) walnut hardwood throughout (etc.) and they have been great at accommodating our needs and have found exceptional products. We knew we wanted certain elements, but there was a lot we had not thought of - they did a great job at making our vision come together but also helped us choose many of the finishes along the way. Highly recommend.

This builder is rude and incompetent. Their homes are poorly built.

Very friendly and honest. They built our dream home and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish we were never disappointed and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor.
