Crescent Homes this Real Estate Company provides great homes & falts in cambridge waterloo and kitchener. i found my homes through crescent homes. i loved this company i also recommended this in friend circle.

Tucker Homes renovated our office (Welland Animal Hospital), very happy with the finished product . Excellent quality, attention to detail and they kept the project on time and on budget.

An amazing model home to view. We built one like it a few years ago! They are very fair with their prices and go the extra mile to meet your needs!

1) Price your options. They gouge you at every turn. Over $220 for a pot light. 2) Fusion uses dated products that you have to opt out of. - example their towel rods are the old ceramic ones with the plastic bars. We had to ask for them not to be installed, yet received no credit to offset. 3) They will not play nice with your contractors if you need anything done or roughed in before closing. 4) They will make changes they deem to have little to no impact on the client without consent. 5) They include a large fusion brick standard on their homes. From what Ive seen it is not matched to your colour and sticks out. It is a fight to have it not included. 6) Fusions brick packages are dated and unless you like oranges should be reviewed before you firm. They launched one new one which is black and grey. One. 7) Every change is $55. Moving two windows on either side of a fireplace - $55 x 2. Then another $55 to move the two on top. So 4x $55. 8) They are inflexible and insist on delivering a "finished" product - they wouldnt leave part of the baseboards out for our master closet. Our house hasnt been finished yet, but if building again - it wouldnt be with fusion.

Unfinished fencing project. Strong effort and completion for two weeks than nothing for over s month. Winters not coming, it's here. Now it will be 6 months....

They don't even deserve 1 star !!! I have changed my name to protect myself and my home, buyer beware!!!! Finoro homes is Terrible in everyway it all starts with Vikki in the office is absolutely useless once you give her your deposits good luck getting a hold of her...... trying to get them to come in is an absolute headache when they do end up coming to repair something they just make it worse, all the tradesmen that Finoro Homes uses are incompetent ( get in get out mentality zero care of the final result) . The attitude from the tradesmen that have to come in a do the repairs is absolutely brutal. ( They should of done it right the first time ) save yourself the aggravation and don't build with this builder they promise you the world and give you S*** quality

We just wanted to let you know how absolutely delighted we are with the beautiful home that you designed and constructed for us on Knottingwood in Timberlakes! As you may, or may not know, when we decided to leave our lovely 2-story Colonial, also, constructed by GT, we toured the full gamut of builders in WNY. Although we saw some homes that were “acceptable”, nothing seemed to meet our expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. Also, like many other potential customers, we spoke with owners within specific developments and no matter how steep the price tag, there seemed to be significant issues in regard to materials, craftsmanship and lack of the General Contractor’s attention once the contracts were signed. After 30 years of living in a home that never gave us anything but good solid quality, paired with the type of timeless “curb appeal” that still had folks commenting, it just seemed logical to come back to the “GT Family”. From our first meeting until our final “walk-through”, you made us feel like we and our new home were of the utmost importance and nothing less than the “best” was acceptable. Your immediate staff, Doris and John, exhibited nothing but a high level of professionalism, while retaining an easy, day to day level of communication and eagerness to assist in answering questions as they arose. Your subcontractors were absolutely the best at what each of them brought to the construction of our home. They were always accessible to answer any of our questions and to give some great advice when we needed it. Nice to know that even though our “build” is now a “home”, we can still rely on the relationships we built with them. You know that you have chosen the right company when the owners consistently demonstrate a high level of commitment to their craft and the customer is always the first priority in their business model. It is truly rare in today’s world to find folks who are not only dedicated, but this passionate about the customer’s satisfaction and the finished product. Everyone who sees our home is so impressed with the fact that every home in Timberlakes carries its own unique signature. It was a pleasure knowing that your home was not only going to be constructed to high quality specification, but carry an individuality not shared by a neighbor! So, THANK YOU once again for giving us a “forever home” that we adore and look forward to enjoying for many years to come! Alan and Marlene Jacobson

Reid Homes is a joke. Do not buy from them...this is your warning! Just about everyone in this subdivision has had major issues with them. Their customer service is terrible, their contractors are extremely rushed and inexperienced and the owner doesn't care. If you are considering purchasing a home from them in their new development. I encourage you to visit Rockwood Noble Ridge and ask the neighbourhood about their experience.

Repost accidental deletion Good neighbourhood and wonderful community however if you have an issue they will look for any excuse to blame you. I had some water damage near the kitchen entrance. When the technician came he noticed we didn’t have a shower curtain in my parents bathroom and blamed it on that arbitrarily even though we have shingles missing from a bad installation. Depending on follow up review may be altered upon satisfaction with comments to reflect. Update: tech came back and assured if leak it would be resolved so I am satisfied
