These guys just want your money. It's been sooo long waiting for my initial walkthrough repairs. They kick you out of your home to do repairs for 3 days and when you get back none are done and you can't get a hold of anyone. Horrible service, very bad investment. Ceilings are cracking, appliances are not the ones on contract and are now out of production so we are all stuck with bargain equipment that is half broken and conFusion cannot replace models that aren't being made anymore. They sent a 100 dollar cheque.

We purchased a Lucchetta custom built home a few years ago as a resale and we are thrilled with what we own. It is very well designed and constructed with many inspiring elements throughout. The windows are big and well made allowing bright, natural light to enter the open spaces. Rooms are nicely laid out and finished with elegant doors and trims. I just would like to make a note here that the representative's approach had to be the same kindness for both potential home-buyers and non-buyers (because of the limited mortgage amount). Our experience was that she behaved as if we should stop asking question and go out of the model house.
