Nice community with well built homes

They have terrible people they hire to do the building. Drunks and drug heads who have no respect for the neighborhoods they live in or their neighbors. I will never buy a home from them and will warn as many away from them as possible.

I recently purchased a brand new Capital Home in New Hamburg. I would like to share my experience as I have purchased several homes in Ontario before but have never before had a builder who actually cared about the customer or their homes. Capital Homes has gone above and beyond in creating a beautiful home and pleasant home buying experience. I am very pleased with my new home. Thank you to everyone involved!

I have lived here almost a year. The people at the office are very professional and helpful, the apartments are very clean and nice also secure :) there is a 1 year lease, and most will need a co-signer and 100$ to put down with an application. They get back to you in about 24 hours after that :)

innovative products but not a great experience selling their homes.

Built our house with Eden. Service after sale was unresponsive at best. If you have problems after the build good luck getting a fast response or friendly service. Overall construction quality is OK but not in line with the price associated.
