We went back and forth with the idea of buying existing or a new build for months. Every existing home we looked at lacked updated features like the kitchen and high ceilings. This definitely pushed us towards deciding to build. Henrietta school district was a secondary reason as well. Anthony was there for us every step of the way, even on his days off he would answer a text or phone call from us with any question we had. When we moved in, he came by personally and welcomed us and told us to let him know if we needed ANYTHING. Typically, when the sale is complete your sales agent is gone as well but Anthony has become a friend of our family. We appreciate everything he has done for us . I have to say our experience with building went very smooth. We have absolutely no regrets about choosing to build with Faber and would recommend this process for anyone looking to purchase a home. - Ebonie and Warren Barr

Very helpful. Explained exactly what they were going to do and broke it down into affordable tasks. Friendly technicians arrived to do the work. Cleaned up after themselves. I can tell that the floors are warmer and I have not seen any ice damming yet this winter.

Most unprofessional and dirty construction company in Rochester!! Their work was poor and way late. Rude staff. Stay away!!

This builder does not stand behind a warranty. Anything I have requested, the response is always it is not covered under warranty. Very disappointing as I was under the understanding that I had a house warranty buying brand new.

Awesome company, appreciate their donations to sick kids hospital in Toronto. Excellent product thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would recommend you stop in. They are my choice when we build in Burks Falls.
