Home Builder

TODAY I witnessed the work of Peter T and his team. The house he most recently built is absolutely gorgeous. Between the creativity, attention to detail and superior craftsmanship, I've not seen better! Well done Peter. Keep up the excellent work!

If you're looking for a custom home builder in Kelowna, look no further. We selected Bercum Builders to build our custom McKinley Landing home on the basis of their past work and reputation as one of the premier custom home builders in the Okanagan. Darren and the team were involved in the project right from the beginning and worked closely with our architect. During this initial phase, Bercum provided key insights, options and recommendations, and presented us with rough costing throughout the design phase in order to keep us on budget. Once construction began our site manager Bruce (from the Bercum team) was outstanding with communication and kept us updated with detailed weekly emails which included photos and specific progress updates. Building a custom home is no easy task. Our project was further complicated by the fact that we were overseas for the entire design and build process, and we only visited once for lock-up. We placed our complete trust in the Bercum team's integrity and high standards. We were extremely satisfied as Bercum Builders not only met but exceeded our expectations with the outcome and we would certainly recommend Bercum for any new build or major renovation

Good builder...great people to deal with

A great company with friendly people.

I have worked for Gerald and his family for over 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about 3rd Generation homes. I have worked extensively all over Canada for large retail stores. I have over 38 years experience in the flooring industry. I have dealt with many contractors. Some very good and others not so good. With out a doubt Gerald and his family are highly rated. Gerald expects a high level of workmanship from his trades. Is that really a bad thing? He is always smiling, friendly and reasonable. I am proud to be associated with Gerald and his family and hope to work with them for many more years to come. If you are a home owner looking for a great builder, then look no further. 3rd Generation will look after you and build you a beautiful home. Thx for listening Respectfully submitted Ken McCallum Owner of Freelance Flooring
