Had bad experiences with this company. Everything is really slow. I don't recommend anyone visit this place.

We fully gutted an older home and re-built it. Working with Jeff and Greg was awesome. They helped us with not only the design of our kitchen but our bar, mud room, laundry room and bathrooms! They helped us with layout and design ideas too, providing excellent guidance. When we got our quote back, we were expecting to not be able to go ahead with all 6 spaces but their price was so great we went ahead. The install was perfectly timed , even when we had to move things due to other trades being behind - they were ready when we were. The installers were very friendly and professional. With all of the trades we had to deal with during our complete home renovation, Jeff and Greg were the best. Haven’t stopped recommending them and I love all of our cabinets!

I had Tony and his crew renovate my basement and I can honestly say they did such a fantastic job with it. They gave me a timeline, input ideas, allowed me to give ideas and were very professional and lenient. Would definitely recommend and I will consider them for future projects.

They are forthright, and tell you how things will be, not what they think you want to hear. Their on-time performance is outstanding.

Just had Arts make 2 custom counter tops for us and they turned out awesome! We accidentally damaged one (our fault, not theirs), and had to have it remade. Art's remade it quickly and for much less than I thought they would charge us. I would happily recommend them.

Had it done about a year ago, have to admit odor was a little heavy during process, however the result was unbelievable!

Good food. Cheap and fast

I’m not sure about the work done by this company, but today I parked in their empty parking lot at the corner of Peppler and Bridgeport in Waterloo, thinking no harm because all businesses were closed. Instead of asking me to leave or not to park there anymore, the president, Robert J. Fleming, proceeded to block me in with his car for 45 minutes. He refused to let me leave. I called the police, but canceled the call when he finally let me out. I was the only car in the lot. I guess you can decide for yourself if you’d like to deal with this man.

Matthew and his team insulated and drywalled our garage as well as installed steps, railings and door. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism. Highly recommend them!

We recommend Ken Zeggil Construction based on the Custom home renovations in GTA they provided for us. The work included building a 600+ sq. ft. addition out the front of our home, rebuilding our chimney, waterproofing around the house, relocating some interior walls, putting in all new floors, post and beam construction in GTA. The quality was excellent. The work was completed in a reasonable time. I am absolutely satisfied with Ken’s work!!!

After catching another supplier trying to over charge us we went here and Shelly took great care of us and made sure everything was exactly the way that we wanted it. Great communication and the process was very smooth. Highly recommended.
