Kitchens/Bathrooms

We checked out most of the stores in the city and were so impressed with the products and prices at Gus's. So happy with our renovation, thanks again to the wonderful staff for all your help with our project!

I was delighted with my experience with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen and recommend them highly in the area of design, attention to detail, and being very easy to work with..They finished on schedule and on budget as well! They are cheerful, well-organized & really have their act together.I had a partial kitchen renovation & Paul D, the designer helped me pick out counter, floor, cabinets which blended perfectly & worked excellently with the rest of my home. Paul C the owner & his workers were flawless in attention to detail during the actual job. The staff was experienced, helpful, pleasant , hardworking and respectful of my home. I had been really reluctant to renovate my kitchen having had bad experiences with other contractors in the past in a previous home but Paul D and Paul C made this really a pleasant experience. I plan to recommend them to my neighbors.

Super staff at this location. Great items and lots of sale prices.

They made buying a new home very easy for us. Jim walked us thru the design process and helped us pick the right lot for us. I would recomend them to anyone buying a new home.

There are not many reviews out there for this company so I feel compelled to add mine. We were new to Saint John and bought a small older house with one bathroom. We called bath solutions to give us a quote during the home inspection, to add a two piece bathroom and update the main bath. The estimator was on time and provided a written quote the same day. I'm no expert on renovation costs but was very happy with the quote, and was told the price quoted would be the price paid. The work was done over a week and a half by two very hard working people who were on time and kept us fully informed about what they were doing. There were some issues, being an old house, but the company never attempted to increase the price from the quote, and after the initial deposit we were not asked for another dime until the work was complete and we were satisfied. My wife and I were so happy with the work from Bath Solutions, we just wish they offered other renos besides bathrooms. Our payments were handled over the phone by the owner and the entire process was as stress-free as possible considering all the work that was done. I rarely write reviews, other than for hotels, but this company deserves your consideration if you need bathroom work done, a new bathroom built from scratch, or both, like we had done.

Konrad has built a few items for us. Both were well done. He has a great eye for detail. We will definitely get more items made from Grand design when needed.

Melissa and Jim were great to work with. Melissa designed our bathroom exactly how we envisioned it and within our budget, and Jim was great about telling us exactly what he was working on each day. They finished right on time and we are thrilled with the end result!

I hired KBS for what was supposed to be a straightforward kitchen renovation. Prior to engaging and giving my initial deposit, they promised an estimated 12-16 weeks of total construction time. We are currently in week 24 with an additional estimated time to complete of 10-12 weeks due to cabinet delivery (which may have further delays). Even after the initial 12 weeks, the project was still in the beginning stages with no clear schedule, accountability, or progress. This has been a nightmare for my family —costly, stressful, and completely mismanaged. With all this being known, the Company has not taken any action to help accommodate or offer any resolution. As a consumer, we understand there are delays in projects. But the major issue I have is the continuous false information, lack of care for their customers and treatment they’ve given to us as a family that includes 2 little toddlers that have gone through this whole process and KBS does not care Please take this as a serious warning: do not hire KBS.

Express Contracting/Elite Kitchen and Bath took my small co-op kitchen, gutted the whole thing, moved the sink, installed 3 kinds of lighting and turned it into a full-size dream of a kitchen complete with granite table, clotted cream cabinets with architectural details and stone-effect porcelain floor. I don't think I will ever be able to move because I have not seen a more perfect small kitchen in the whole metropolitan area! I have to add that the work took approximately 2 months, and not only was the workmanship impeccable but also the workers were extremely nice and kept the area very clean. I recommended Elite Kitchen and Bath to a friend in Manhattan and she was also thrilled with her new kitchen and hand-crafted entryway cabinet and dining room buffet. As I contemplate my next project this spring, I have no other contractor but Express Contracting in mind to perform the work.

Loved the tile we selected and had alot of help from Rob. Great guy. Waiting in the back to get my order from the warehouse was a little slow but othervthan that for the quality of the product i fealt the price was right.
