Kitchens/Bathrooms

It’s been a few months since Aroma renovated our kitchen (a complete gut job that included removing a wall). I wanted to say that the work of the crew was incredible (both Leo the contractor and Alex the electrician did an amazing job getting the work done). However, what disappointed me the most was with our designer Hetel. We were sold a vision that included some pretty good timelines, but mismanagement by him (delays with flooring, countertop measurements and a Magic Corner order) led to numerous delays with the project. A 3-4 week timeline was actually closer to 6 weeks. At the end of it all we were promised a refund (that had to do with some confusion regarding a new vinyl floor). But, to this day we have not received a refund or a call about the refund. While we are happy with the finished product, I couldn’t ever recommend this company to family or friends — unless you are looking for something to be overpromised and underdelivered.

THANK YOU DV Kitchens and Baths! You really built a beautiful custom wall-unit & bookshelf for my daughter’s bedroom. It looks amazing!! Your outstanding team was up to the challenge to make our idea a reality. Your attention to details, design options and interaction with the client were great. You exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend DV Kitchens and Baths for your home upgrades. Thank you very much Daniel and team!!

Warning to all trades After completing all of my work, with the exception of not doing butcher work and refusing to do so. I'm finding myself having to file procedings in small claims court. Also being slanderd and called a tax evadir to witch, I am seeking civil action for. Stay clear of this guy, or demand full payment before you begin work. This is posted by me for my friend Tom Tanzola as he had been blocked by David.

We would highly recommend KARAF DESIGN and Co. for all of your home renovations. The quality is second to none. This is the second time that we have used this company for our home Reno’s. Bill was a pleasure to work with. Bill is there to help with beautiful design ideas, with the projects turning out beautifully!

We had a kitchen installed in our basement and Toronto Custom Concepts were very friendly and professional!! They kept us in the loop constantly and every person that came into our home was very professional and friendly!! I would highly recommend them!!

I did my kitchen cabinets in this store , and it was not an good experiance. First we experienced delay, but thats fine for me. then they made cacutation mistake , and design mistake , my insert hood fan end up can not fit into it. So we spend 2 monthes try to slove the problem, yet they still dont admit thats their design mistake . also bad tone on service, all they yelling for 30 minutes is saying thats my constractor's fault ,although they are directly instructed by miele. Therefore i personnally dont suggest you let them do the work. Dave

Buyer be warned this shop has a ridiculous 25% return/restocking fee. We came to pick up a shower, didn’t bring it home because it wasn’t the colour we had hoped and decided to return it. That on its own completely ruined our experience and I don’t recommend buying your bathroom products here. Be aware that since this experience the shop has been harassing my wife, not me... my wife only. I've attached screenshots to this review.

Great selection of product along with amazing customer service

Staff is very helpful & knowledgeable!

I can honestly say that Vatero and a fantastic sales representative named Tia, was the best part of my whole renovation. Tia's knowledge was unsurpassed by any other plumbing supplier I had dealt with. The customer service was exceptional. Even when we ran into problems Tia immediately got involved to resolve same and made sure that this customer was happy. Fantasticvjob by everyone at Vatero Plumbing and Bath and especially Tia.

I would recommend being cautious with this supplier as we transported goods for them and they did not pay. We ended up having to send it to a collection agency and promises made have not been kept. We agreed to remove the post if they paid their bills and they did not.
