Kitchens/Bathrooms

Just finished our kitchen and bath remodel, headed by Kevin and his team of Steve and Stephan. We are happy with the results. The work came in within budget, and within the promised time frame. The crew cleaned up every night before they left, they were respectful of our home and property. Our kitchen looks amazing.

Great selections

Happy holidays

Do not recommend. Over-priced and shoddy work ethic.

Terrible experience. So many issues. They cut the sink hole wrong-was ordered to be centered but the the counter gap behind is half that in the front. When I complained the owner was extremely aggressive and rude. He told me if I wasn't happy, not to pay and they would just sue us/put a lean on our house. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Now every day instead of enjoying what should have been a beautiful counter, I'm reminded of the horrible people I purchased it from. Also, came with ugly black skid marks all over the bottom edge that will not come off. Absolutely The Worst. Buyer beware!

I am currently ( April & May 2017 ) in the midst of a rather large scale , to me, home renovation with Prouts..... complete bathroom gut job and remodelling, new flooring throughout the home and a handicapped ramp being installed off our back deck. The men working here are extremely awesome ! Very very likeable, professional and curtious towards my needs. I was very Leary of having a crew here for so long but it's been very pleasant. HIGHLY recommend Prouts and their contractors !! Grant and his men are tops in my books !! Would use them again ! 👍👍👍

I have asked politely numerous times either by email or by social media for this "newspaper" to stop being delivered to my home. They continue to be delivered. I don't read this paper, I don't want it and yet they refuse to cease delivery. It's a complete waste of paper. PLEASE STOP!

First time to Indian Lake Lodge as my group of friends and I take a fishing trip every year. We will definitely come back next year. Lance and Cheryl are super friendly and genuinely try to make our experience as great as possible. We had a couple of minor snags with the boat but it was all taken care of fast. Lots of good fishing spots within minutes boat ride from the lodge. Mainly walleye so we had an awesome feast! Great atmosphere, friendly, and customer driven. Lance is a master at cleaning fish, and that fish cleaning and included dock service is priceless. Thank you to both Cheryl and Lance!

Always a great time!

After catching another supplier trying to over charge us we went here and Shelly took great care of us and made sure everything was exactly the way that we wanted it. Great communication and the process was very smooth. Highly recommended.

You have provided such a great service, really appreciate your work. Would be happy to work with you in future.

Great northern Ontario lodge. Lots of spicies of fish to catch.
